A gentle pace
Seated breaks in the rooms and the park, and a tour length adapted to the group: from 60 to 90 minutes.
Senior clubs, retirement associations and coach tours: a gently paced, accessible guided tour of Voltaire’s château, an easy cultural outing near Geneva.
Every tour includes Voltaire’s gardens
Senior group visits to Ferney-Voltaire are among my favourite tours. We take our time: regular seated breaks, a route that limits stairs and walking, and plenty of room for questions and memories.

Seated breaks in the rooms and the park, and a tour length adapted to the group: from 60 to 90 minutes.
The château is an 18th-century house and the park has gravel paths. Tell me about wheelchairs, walking frames or limited mobility and I will plan the route and check access with the monument.
A guide who speaks clearly, with stories rather than lists of dates, in English, French, German or Russian.
“I loved the visit and all the details Sylvie gave us. If she had written a biography of Voltaire, I would have bought it straight away!”

There is coach parking on site for group arrivals, and coaches can drop off close to the château entrance. I confirm the details with your booking.
